Carpet Cleaning Packages and Price List

 

It seems most carpet cleaners compete on price alone today, sacrificing quality workmanship in the process.  Well, Blue Diamond Carpet Cleaning won’t be the cheapest company you call, and we won’t be the most expensive either.  We do, however, provide the best value for your money.   

We use top of the line equipment, premium cleaning agents, and perform all the cleaning steps required by the IICRC Standards for Residential Carpet Cleaning.  Most importantly, we do not use harsh chemicals that can damage your carpet, or leave a dirt attracting detergent residue in your carpets, so your carpets stay cleaner longer.  In short, we offer the most thorough carpet cleaning possible at a fair and reasonable price.

We offer several levels of service to meet our customer’s needs and budget.  On this page you will find a summary of our carpet cleaning packages and a price list, followed by a detailed list of the services and cleaning steps included in each package.

We will recommend a service level based on the condition of your carpeting, family size and makeup, your specific needs and concerns, and other considerations.  The decision, of course, is up to you.

Summary of Service Levels

Basic Steam Clean Package – Our Basic Clean provides a good cleaning that is still better than the cleaning offered by most carpet cleaners.   We clean open areas only with this package and ask customers to thoroughly vacuum prior to our arrival.

Healthy Home Deep Clean Package – We clean for both Health and Appearance in our Healthy Home Deep Clean Package.   This package includes several additional cleaning steps to more thoroughly clean and flush out deeply embedded grease and oil deposits, insoluble particulate soiling, and bio-contaminants.   This cleaning package meets and exceeds the Standards for Professional Carpet Cleaning established by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration (IICRC).   

A Healthy Home Deep Cleaning Package is recommended for most customers in most instances.  Highly recommended for homes with children or pets, allergy and asthma sufferers, smokers, and families that wear their outdoor shoes in their homes.

Healthy Home Stain Defender Package – Our most popular package includes Premium Carpet Protector that protects against stains and soiling, and extends the useful life and beauty of your carpets.  The cost is only $25.00 per area, which is actually much cheaper than you purchasing Scotchgard at Lowes and applying it yourself.  Plus, we back up our protector with a 12 month spot and stain warranty.  If you cannot remove any spot or stain yourself with the free bottle of spotter we provide, we will come out for free and use professional techniques to remove the spot or stain.  If we are unable to remove the spot or stain, we will refund the purchase price of the protector

We highly recommended carpet protector be applied each cleaning.  We have found that carpet protector pays for itself by preserving the beauty of your carpets and maximizing their useful life.  We highly recommend carpet protector for all homes with children, grandchildren, pets, and clumsy husbands.  It only takes one ugly permanent stain in the middle of a room to ruin the appearance of your expensive carpet.

Healthy Home Premium Package – Our premium package includes the application of carpet deodorizer. 

Pet Owners Deep Clean Package – Provides pet owners with a healthy home environment. Includes additional steps to remove minor pet odors and stains, sanitize carpet, and remove pet hair and dander, a source of unhealhty bacteria. Recommended for all pet owners.  Highly recommended for homes with large dogs, and when small children also live in the household.

Extreme Soiling Deep Clean Package – Includes additional cleaning steps, labor, and cleaning agents to restore heavy to extremely soiled carpeting to an aceptable appearance.

Pricing based on standard room size up to 180 square feet.  Combined living room/dining areas are counted as two rooms.  Areas exceeding 180 square feet will be priced as additional areas.  Stairs, hallways, and walk-in closets are priced separately.

Detailed Package Information

Basic Steam Cleaning

A good cleaning for those on a budget. Our Basic Clean is similar to the cleaning process provided by most carpet cleaners.  We clean open areas only. You move your furniture or we clean around it.

  1. Pre-Inspection
  2. Professional Pre-Conditioner applied to loosen ground in oily dirt
  3. Pre-Conditioner is allowed several minutes of dwell time to suspend and emulsfy soils
  4. Agitation of Pre-Conditioned carpet fibers in traffic lanes with carpet groomer
  5. Hot Water Extraction (steam cleaning) with a truck mounted unit for the deepest clean
  6. Professional spotting during cleaning to remove tough spots
  7. Post Inspection

Healthy Home Deep Clean

Provides your family with a healthier home environment. Recommended for light to moderately soiled carpets that have been properly maintained by routine vacuuming and professional cleaning every 12 to 24 months.  This package meets and exceeds the professional carpet cleaning standards established by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification.

  1. Pre-Inspection
  2. Vacuuming to remove dry soil
  3. Light furniture moving, such as sofas and chairs
  4. Professional Pre-Spotting for all tough spots
  5. Custom mixed cleaning solution to meet your specific cleaning needs and desires
  6. Professional Pre-Conditioner applied to all areas to loosen ground in oily dirt
  7. Agitation of Pre-Conditioned carpet fibers with a carpet groomer or counter rotating brush machine to help lift matted fibers and ensure distribution of preconditioning agents throughout the carpet yarns
  8. Pre-Conditioner is allowed from five to fifteen minutes of dwell time, depending on soil conditions, to suspent and emulsify soils
  9. Hot Water Extraction (steam cleaning) with a truck mounted unit for the deepest clean.
  10. Slow cleaning strokes with a high flow/high recovery cleaning wand are used to thoroughly flush out dirt
  11. Neutralizing Rinse to ensure no dirt attracting sticky residue is left behind
  12. Additional dry passes with cleaning wand to improve dry times
  13. Advanced professional post-spotting of any remainint spots
  14. Carpet Grooming to set pile
  15. Post-Inspection & Carpet Care Recommendations
