Carpet Cleaning Price List

 

We offer four levels of service to meet our customer’s needs and budget.

Pricing based on standard room size up to 200 square feet. Combined living areas may be counted as two rooms. Areas exceeding 200 square feet will be priced as additional areas. Stairs, hallways, and walk-in closets are priced separately.

Our Cleaning Process and Services

Basic Clean – Our Basic Clean Package still provides a better cleaning than most carpet cleaners. That’s because we still pre-condition the carpet prior to steam cleaning, while most cleaners use a strong detergent mixed in with their steam cleaning water, which leaves a dirt attracting residue. We clean open areas only with this package, so you move the furniture or we clean around.

Pre-inspection – I will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. I will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as discussing any concerns you may have.

Pre-spot – Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase the chances of removal.

Pre-conditioning – A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down grease and soils for a more thorough cleaning.

Soil Extraction and Rinse (Steam Cleaning) – The carpet is thoroughly rinsed with softened water using a powerful hot water extraction system without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue.

Post Inspection – I will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results and to make sure you are completely satisfied with the results.

Corner Guards are used to protect the walls of your home.

Deep Clean – Our Deep Clean Package cleans your carpets for health and appearance. Several additional cleaning steps are included to thoroughly clean and flush out deeply embedded bio-contaminants such as dust mites (along with their waste droppings and dead body parts), epidermal waste (dead skin cells that the dust mites eat), grease & oil deposits, migrated outdoor pollutants, pesticides and allergens. Our Deep Cleaning process takes about twice as long as our Basic Clean, but cost only about thirty percent more, making this cleaning package a great value!

Furniture moving – We will move some light weight furniture such as sofas and chairs.

Pre-conditioner Dwell Time – Like soaking dirty dishes, we give the pre-conditioner some time to do its work.

Agitation with counter-rotating-brush machine – Gently scrubs the pre-conditioned carpet much like when you shampoo your hair.

Soil Extraction and Rinse (Steam Cleaning) with slow cleaning strokes – The carpet is thoroughly rinsed with softened water using a powerful hot water extraction system without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue. Slow cleaning strokes are used to really flush dirt and pollutants from the full length of the carpet fibers.

Post-spot – Any spots still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions.

Post Inspection – I will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results and to make sure you are completely satisfied with the results.

Matting is used to protect hard wood floor surfaces

60 Day new spill /spot warranty – Ever have your carpets cleaned only to have someone spill a cup of coffee a week later? We will make one free service call and take care of up to two spots for up to 60 days of your cleaning. This is a $79.00 value.

Smart Choice – For folks that want to have their carpets look beautiful and last a long time, our Smart Choice Package is a no-brainer. Having your carpets cleaned every twelve to eighteen months AND having carpet protector reapplied at each cleaning can add years of useful life to your carpeting. For only $19.00 additional each room, our Smart Choice customers save thousands of dollars in the long run by extending the life of their carpets and preventing premature replacement. This is why smart people make the Smart Choice.

Carpet Protector – Our carpet protector resists stains and acts as a soil retardant by lowering the surface tension of the carpet fibers so dry soils do not stick to them and can be more readily vacuumed away.

Carpet grooming – We groom your carpet to ensure thorough penetration of the carpet protector and stand fibers up for faster drying.

12 month Spot and Stain Warranty – If you can’t remove a spot or stain using our free spotting solution, we will come to your home up to two times to remove a spot or stain on any protected carpet. In the extremely rare case where we can’t remove a spot, we will refund the price you paid for protector for that room.

Ultimate Clean – Our Ultimate Clean Package includes all of the services of our Deep Cleaning and Smart Choice packages, plus the following:
